CRP-Afsar Hussain, Rajshahi is a divisional centre of CRP, started its journey on 27th July 2013 in Rajshahi division. It is a well-furnished four-storied building and its construction was funded by the Embassy of Japan. Another building is currently under-way for patient accommodation and service expansion where construction has been completed up to the 2nd floor. The construction of this building was funded by CBM Germany for the ground floor and Brig. Gen. (Retd) AHM Abdul Momen for the 1st and Md Mahfuz Rahman for the 2nd floors. CBM Germany is also supporting CRP-Rajshahi to run its services by providing subsidies to the low-incomepatients and financial assistance to enable the vocational trainees to start their livelihood. Bangladesh American Charitable Organization (BACHAO) has provided funds to establish a gymnasium, sensory integration and hand therapy facilities, treatment for low-income patients and support for vocational training.

CRP-Rajshahi has a MOU with Jatio Protibondhi Unnayan Foundation (JPUF), Ministry of Social Welfare for the Government of Bangladesh, for providing therapy to patients with different conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Stroke etc. Currently, one Clinical Occupational Therapist and one Speech & Language therapist are working at Protibondhi Sheba O Shahajjo Kendro (PSOSK) of JPUF.
CRP-Rajshahi is planning to introduce a Therapeutic Playground at the Centre.
