Nawal Khan Chowdhury

VOLUNTEER

I am Nawal Khan Chowdhury Joyee, Born and raised in Kuwait away from my home land I felt I was missing out on a lot In Bangladesh. But Once I joined CRP as a volunteer I realized just how much. I’ve Never seen such an organization... so selfless devoted entirely to humanity. I’m 18 years old studying in Carmel School Kuwait and I feel it’s been a blessing upon me to have had this opportunity to serve for this great purpose. On my visit to CRP I was amazed, starting from the interior, exterior and hospitality I was surrounded by. I’ve forever been fascinated by the enthusiasm young children show, their active spirit and the innocence they express. My Brother, Jawad Khan Chowdhury, Born and now studying in The United States was enrolled in the CRP sports department whilst I was given an opportunity to experience life around children in the special unit (the disabled). And to this day their smiles are all I can think about. I can without doubt say CRP was the turning point of my life. It’s a memory I will cherish. With the support I received from my parents for making Eid in CRP was an unforgettable experience, the joy of watching the children try on new clothes we had purchased for them was beyond any compare. With the support from the much coordinated staff it didn’t take me long to fit in this new environment. I would wake up every morning with a smile on my face knowing I’d be going back to CRP. It was amazing to see how they’d put in all their heart to learn something new.  This was my first time in CRP but most certainly not my last.
