Freshers' Reception of BHPI-Rajshahi

The Freshers’ Reception Programme for the 1st batch of Bangladesh Health Professions Institute (BHPI)–Rajshahi was held on 19 August 2026 at Nanking Darbar Hall, Rajshahi.

The programme was chaired by Prof. Dr. Md. Abdus Salam, Principal, BHPI–Rajshahi, and brought together the new students and their parents in a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. CRP Founder Dr. Valerie Ann Taylor, who also serves as Advisor of the institute, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

BHPI–Rajshahi, the academic institute of CRP, is affiliated with Rajshahi Medical University (RMU). Professor Dr. Mohammad Sohrab Hossain, Executive Director of CRP and Member of the Governing Body of BHPI–Rajshahi, and Professor Md. Obaidul Haque, Vice-Principal of BHPI Savar, were also present at the event, along with faculty members from BHPI–Rajshahi and BHPI Savar.

The reception marked an important beginning for the first batch of students as they embarked on their academic journey in the health professions.
