Leadership Excellence Session

The Human Resources Department of CRP organised a Leadership Excellence Session on 7th February 2026 at CRP Mirpur, Dhaka, which was attended by all senior staff of the CRP. The participants of this session shared their insights way to improve Leadership Sustainability of CRP. Two interactive sessions were included in the day-long program titled “Professional Communication and Workplace Etiquette” and “Open Discussion and Way Forward for Strengthening the Supervision Framework to Achieve a Commitment to Excellence.” Young and experienced staff of CRP facilitated the session led by the Executive Director, CRP.
