Rabbi

Rabbi, an 11 year old boy, lives with his family in Manikganj.  In May 2015, Rabbi went to collect some “Gaub” with his friends from a tree nearby his house.  He fell from the tree and lost all feeling in his lower body from waist. He was immediately taken to the government’s local hospital. Doctor referred him to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital for better treatment. Doctors observed him for fifteen days and referred him to CRP. During admission, he was hopeless with his condition and scared about his study. After receiving Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and counseling sessions, he regained self-confidence and have positive attitude towards his recovery. Now he is able to move outside using a wheelchair. Now, he is very determined and confident. He is a student of class V.  He wants to continue his study after his recovery. Rabbi is really thankful to CRP because he believes that if he had not come to CRP his physical condition would have never improved.
